All services are executed only after the client has successfully booked and received confirmation online.

II. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be submitted through our official website or authorized channels.

An order is considered valid only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or modify an order due to resource unavailability or force majeure events.

Clients are required to provide accurate personal and itinerary details; failure to do so may affect service arrangements.

We will send booking confirmations to clients within 24 hours after successful payment.

III. Pricing and Payment

All prices are as listed on the website.

Fees typically include: guide service fees, driver service fees, vehicle costs, and basic insurance coverage.

Unless otherwise specified, costs do not include meals, admission tickets, gratuities, or personal expenses.

Payments must be completed using the designated online payment methods.

IV. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request to cancel or modify an order 7 days or more before the scheduled service start time.

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days in advance may be subject to a partial administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time are not eligible for a full refund.

Third-party costs already incurred (e.g., admission tickets, booking fees) may be non-refundable.

Cancellations resulting from weather conditions, traffic issues, or force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis through mutual negotiation.

Approved refunds will be processed and completed within 5 to 7 business days from the approval date.

V. User Responsibilities

Users must adhere to the following regulations while utilizing our services:

  • Provide truthful and accurate personal information.
  • Comply with local laws, regulations, and tourism guidelines.
  • Treat guides, drivers, and other service personnel with respect.
  • Refrain from engaging in illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behaviors.
  • Refrain from damaging vehicles or related facilities.

If a user’s conduct disrupts the normal provision of services, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without issuing a refund.

VI. Service Changes and Force Majeure

We may adjust or cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Government policies or traffic restrictions.
  • Unexpected safety incidents.
  • Temporary unavailability of vehicles or personnel.

In the event of force majeure, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or appropriate compensation, but we shall not be held liable for any additional damages or compensation beyond that.
